HQ owns a permanent ElevenLabs agent slot: **agent_1101kpa201nefy99xp8msjbaw39j** (slot C).

Every phone-call trigger PATCHes this one agent with the new brief. Never spin up a new agent.

Why permanent slot

ElevenLabs agent provisioning is slow and rate-limited. Reusing one slot means a call is always <2s away.

Flow

1. Write brief to leb-meet/meetings/
2. PATCH agent with brief + first_message
3. Open Chrome to preview URL
4. Say "Echo is briefed. Tap the circle 🟢"
