What it is
HQ is the root of Caleb's Claude Code brain. Every session reads `C:\Users\lerby\.claude\CLAUDE.md` as source of truth.
Layers
- `CLAUDE.md` — master HQ context (who, phone call lock, workflow rules, paths)
- `memory/` — MEMORY.md index + per-project + per-user deep memory
- `memory/global/feedback/` — always-on behavior rules
- `memory/global/skills/` — reusable specs (phone call, etc.)
- `memory/global/checkpoints/` — session handoff snapshots
Key rules
- Parallel agents by default for independent work
- Ticket queue — no roadmaps
- Short replies unless asked to expand
- Never mention internal dispatch codes to users
