What it is

Tool set for Chermaine (mum) to run her badminton sessions without spreadsheet hell.

Flow

1. Chermaine takes roster photo at each session
2. `/ocr session` in Chermaine Avengers chat
3. Lerby bot OCRs → parses → matches against roster aliases
4. Writes attendance + payment status to Airtable + Google Sheets
